For items that require a design proof, we will be in touch separately with details and instructions.

We usually dispatch orders within 5 business days and send them using Royal Mail.

We make each item just for you, whether it's personalised or not. We are unable to accept any returns or offer refunds but if there's a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@dreamsandconfettidesigns.co.uk, and we will do whatever we can to rectify it.

DELAYS/LATE ARRIVALS

Sometimes there can be delays with the postal service which is completely out of our control. We strongly advise to place orders in plenty of time before your event as we are unable to offer refunds for late arrivals.

MIRROR ACRYLIC

We create our products using premium mirror acrylic sheets, ensuring high quality. The mirror effect is on one side, complemented by a grey backing on the reverse. Our unique reverse engraving technique creates a lasting and flawless design on the front, free from double shadows, fading, or peeling.

WOOD

Crafted from premium wood sheets, our products embrace the natural beauty of the material. Wood, being a natural substance, may exhibit slight surface imperfections that contribute to its unique charm. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for any inherent wood irregularities or laser markings, as they are integral to the character of your uniquely crafted product.

LAMINATE

Our metallic products are meticulously crafted using top notch laminate sheets. Featuring a metallic effect on one side and a sleek black finish on the reverse, we employ precision engraving on the front (metallic side). This results in a lasting black design that remains resilient, free from fading or peeling.
